Sandy is currently based on the Isle of Wight, Working from two studios she creates a wide range of paintings, drawings and prints in mixed media mainly figurative in nature and grounded in a strong dynamic drawing style

Trained at Winchester School of art and Nottingham and Trent university she has continued studies with degree modules in printmaking and life drawing and a degree in painting with the OCA. She was shortlisted for the Trinity Buoy Wharf drawing prize in 2021
